We introduce sparse dense dichotomy (nowehere dense vs somewhere dense) in the many fold context including counting, complexity and model theoretic characterizations. Recently established analytic description using modelings will be highlighted. This is a joint project with Patrice Ossona de Mendez (Paris and Prague).
