The CS Department congratulates Prof. Ron Kimmel on receiving the Helmholtz Test-of-Time award. The award acknowledges the best two ICCV papers of ten or more years ago.

Ron is receiving this award for his 1995 paper "Geodesic Active Contours", published jointly with Vicent Caselles and Guillermo Sapiro.
