Congratulations to Dr. Oren Salzman who has joined Technion CS. His main areas of research are Robotics, Algorithmic motion planning, Foundations of robotic planning, Computational challenges in robotics.

Dr. Salzman received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the the School of Computer Science at Tel Aviv University under the supervision of Prof. Dan Halperin and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University where he worked at the Search-based Planning Laboratory with Professor Maxim Likhachev.
