Congratulations to Gal Shalom, CS graduate student and to supervisors and co-writers Prof. Irad Yavne and Dr. Eran Treister (CS graduate and currently a faculty member at Ben-Gurion University), on winning the Best Student Award at the 17th Copper Mountain Conference on Iterative Methods for his paper: "pISTA: preconditioned Iterated Soft Thresholding Algorithm for Graphical Lasso".
