Defense Minister Bnei Gantz Approved the recommendations of the Israel Security Award Committee for 2022, 5752. The award will be presented by the President of the State Yitzhak Herzog For three outstanding projects from the battle The IDF, the Mossad, the Shin Bet, the Ministry of Defense and the defense industries. In the current year the prize will be awarded For the Ofek observation satellite project, a project of Unit 8200 to develop groundbreaking capabilities in diverse and unique ways, as well as for a project that aims to maintain Israel’s qualitative advantage in the face of strategic threats ... Minister Ganz himself called the winners of the award and updated them on the winning. Members of the Award Committee: Secretary of the Committee Asher Wagner Chairman of the Committee, Maj. Gen. Doron AlmogAnd members of the committee: Maj. Gen. Amir Abulafia and Prof. Eli Biham. The Israel Security Award will be presented by President Yitzhak Herzog, in a solemn ceremony at the President’s House in Jerusalem on June 14. The ceremony will be attended by the Minister of Defense and senior members of the defense establishment.
