Computer Science Faculty Graduation Ceremony

A record number - 434 graduates received their Computer Science certificates at a ceremony held on April 8, 2025.

The ceremony, which was planned to be held in September 2024 and was postponed due to the war, was also scheduled to be attended by the late Amit Hayut, a captain in the reserves who served in the Northern Nahal Brigade. Amit fell on October 26, 2024, in battle in southern Lebanon, shortly after graduating from the faculty. His parents were awarded a special certificate of appreciation. May we be worthy!

Nadir Izrael, a graduate of the faculty, co-founder of the unicorn Armis Security, told the new graduates, "Success is 10% talent, and 90% ambition, perseverance and uncompromising willpower. The Technion is one of the best academic gyms in the world, and you are clearly an elite group of ambitious world-class athletes. To achieve what you have achieved requires extraordinary strength and resilience. Continue to develop yourself by facing challenges."

Proud of you, dear graduates!!
