On Sunday June 28, 2009, the annual ceremony celebrating excellence in Computer Science studies took place in the faculty. During the ceremony, fellowships were awarded to 12 exceptional Computer Science students. The fellowships are awarded by the fund in memory of Assaf Lavie founded by Check Point Software Technologies, the fund in memory of Guy Shvat contributed by Mellanox Technologies, and the contribution of the Israel Technion Society (ITS). Additionally, Dean's excellence list certificates were awarded for the Spring 2008 semester and the Winter 2008/9 semester, as well as special fellowships for new high-potential students.[Back to the news index]
