The Romanian media is fussing in the last few days over severe accusations against the Minister of Education, who is suspected to have not written his Ph.D. thesis but copied it word by word from an Israeli professor from the Technion. The minister announced that he would resign if the Israeli professor files a complaint - but the original paper's writer, Prof. Eli Biham, tends to forgive the plagiary.
