Dr. Kira Radinsky, who completed her doctoral studies at Technion Computer Science Department and entered the MIT Technology Review 2013 list of “young innovators”, was elected to light a torch on the 66th Israel Independence Day. This year torch lighters will be women only and Kira is the young scientist, among 14 representatives who will light 12 torches.
