The CS Department in collaboration with Amdocs invites you to take part
in the outstanding projects competition 2014-15.
The competition goal is to reflect the value recognition of projects and independent work as part of Computer
Science graduate training
A project will be
considered outstanding if it is innovative (technical concept, mathematical
development, or a new application); if its realization is done properly; if it achieves
its goals satisfyingly, and if
its report is well-written and sufficiently reflects its achievements.
Projects will be submtted to the Undergraduate Secretariat by laboratory
engineer or faculty member who is in charge of the course and will include a
recommendation letter and the standard report submitted as part of the project
demands.
Last date for submission is November 27, 2014.
Students who step up to the advanced phase will be required to display their
project by presentation to the prize committee and the winners will be
asked to prepare a poster of their work.
Three first winners will receive a media exposure, merit certificate and a
pecuniary reward, donated by Amdocs.
The prizes will be awarded to projects done by undergraduate
students. The committee may chose to award an additional project done by a graduate student.
Good luck to all participants.
