... Prof. Eli Biham, former Dean at the Technion Computer
Science Department and one of Israel leading computer scientists, who composed
the report, assumes that the alternatives were not examined, and not
incidentally. "The state wants your data" says Biham plainly. "It
wants to be able to translate finger print to identity. If the cause was only to
prevent identity theft, the system plan would be completely different.
