Leopold Grinberg is a Fellow Software Systems Design Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and an Adjunct Lecturer in Applied Mathematics at Brown University.
He earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University in 2009 and holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, awarded in 2003
He focuses on High Performance Computing - systems and applications. Specifically, his current objective is to optimize application performance and develop parallel algorithms for software running on the AMD CPUs and GPUs.
